Our Vision
Our vision is to transcend the lives of individuals we serve in the community. Progressive Community Outreach LLC, focuses on "Developing Leaders for Tomorrow" through Parent Coaching and Therapeutic Mentoring. We believe providing education to parents ultimately serves as a preventative measure for children so that they have an environment conducive to a healthy development. We also believe Therapeutic Mentoring can prevent the need for higher levels of care for children and adolescents. Our focus is to keep children and adolescents in their homes, schools and communities with the focus of enjoying their childhood.
Our Goals
The goal of Progressive Community Outreach is to:
· Become a provider that is apart of a system of care that strengthens families through collaborative efforts.
· Prevent and reduce the risk factors that contribute to the abuse and neglect of children in the home by
helping parents acquire an improved level of comprehension for effective and non-effective parenting skills.
· Improve the well being of children by providing a role model that can support the child academically,
socially and/or personally.
· Teach families how to tap into their inner strengths and help them to become independent.
· Ensure the safety of children and families.
· Uphold the VA practice model and support permanency of children and families.
· Increase family and children centered individualized services.
· Utilize high quality services for effective and efficient outcome.
