​Progressive Community Services, LLC Operates under the philosophy that all persons have the ability to grow and develop into successful and productive human beings. iNTERVENTIONS

The client will first undergo a clinical evaluation of the patient’s experience of the acute psychiatric crisis which may hinder stability and current living arrangements. 
  • Individual interventions and counseling
  • Behavior Managment
  • ​Enhance social and interpersonal skills
  • Case management services
  • ​Psychiatric assessment including medication evaluation
  • Learn and use daily living skills

Eligibility

The goals of this service are to prevent hospitalization and establish community stabilization, safety plans, etc. In order to be eligible for crisis stabilization services, one must meet two of the following criteria:

  • Experiencing difficulty in maintaining normal interpersonal relationships are now at high risk of hospitalization, homelessness or isolation from social supports.
  • Exhibiting difficulty in cognitive ability (i.e., the individual is unable to recognize personal danger or recognize significantly inappropriate social behavior).
  • Exhibiting inappropriate behaviors that require immediate interventions by mental health , social services, or judicial system.
  • ​Exhibiting difficulty in activity of basic daily living skills to such a point that health, safety, or finances jeopardized.​
