Aaron Knight also known as "Knight" was born in Chesterfield, Virginia. Mr. Knight has a long standing experience within the Human Service Field. Graduate of Virginia State University, he holds a Bachelors Degree of Criminal Justice and Corrections (2006) and a Masters Degree of Criminal Justice and Corrections (2008). Mr. Knight has worked as a Case Manager, Intensive in Home Counselor (IHC), and Child Protective Services (CPS) investigator to name a few. Mr. Knight has extensive experience in working with children and family as well as program development and supervision. Mr. Knight has expert knowledge of Child Protective Services (CPS), Mentoring, and Parent Coaching and because of this he founded Progressive Community Outreach LLC, in 2011.

Tiera Parker
Program Director
Tiera Parker received her Bachelors of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2008) and is currently completing her Masters of Public Health at George Washington University. Mrs. Parker served 8 years on active duty in the United State Army and performed as a Victim Advocate and Suicide Prevention interventionist and trainer. Since transitioning from active duty to reserve, she has directed her energy towards addressing Health Disparities and Behavior Change Promotion. Mrs. Parker has experience in Personnel Management, Program Development, Monitoring and Evaluation, as well as Health Education. She joined the Progressive Community Outreach team in 2017 and additionally serves as a Parent Coach and Therapeutic Mentor.
